Button-up shirts for post=op?

Has anyone seen any pajama sets that are short sleeved with button up tops? I'm having my BR on August 20th in Iowa - and it's still going to be very hot here. I'm not into the camp-style shirts really - wondering what options you all have seen or used? Thanks!!

I went to the thrift store yesterday and bought 2 thin cotton robes to wear around the house and a mens snap-front shirt to wear home from the hospital - all for $4! Headed to a bigger Goodwill today to see what else I can find. It's possible that anything I wear the first few days will get nasty and have to be thrown away, so why shop retail? (Though I'd like to take credit, I got this idea from someone else.)

ETA: Since everything is so cheap and 'disposable', I have no qualms altering it for the heat. :)

I went to TJ Maxx and found a short sleeve button up combo with shorts. It's also super soft. I don't know if you have a Ross or TJ Maxx, but you could try those.
