do butt implants look real?

Im 5'3, 116 lbs and interested in getting butt implants. I used to be 160 lbs, but lost alot of weight and alot of the fat came off my butt. I was interested in getting brazilian butt lift but I have been told that some people dont "take" the fat very much and that it doesnt last that long. I would go with the butt lift if it lasted at least 10 yrs and was much safer, but it lasting and being a waste of money is my biggest concern. Which procedure do you think would be better?
I think it depends on the implant you get, just like there are fake-looking breast implants and natural-looking ones. If it fits your body type, it's more likely to look real. It takes a surgeon with a discerning eye to help you make the right choice for your situation.
The Brazilian Butt Lift, which uses your own fat, has gotten really popular lately. I'm not sure about the longevity of it though.
