Burn from 25% TCA peel followed by 25% Jessnors for melasma

I had it done by a dermatologist and she insisted on the TCA peels that they would work better than Glycolic, when I explained to her that I had 1-25% Glycolic peel in the past that gave me good results. Now I have two scars on each side of my face from her and her nurse appying the last TCA peel w/Jessnor so hard that it created friction or chemical burns, now she said she will do Glycolic at no cost. I am concerned to go back to her that my melasma is no better and now I have scars.
