Broken Blood Vessels from Hydroquinone

Derm prescribed hydroquinone & retin-a for brown spots after chemical peel. After 5 mos I noticed 2 small red marks on forehead. Derm said it was from hydroquinone. Anyone else experience this? and does it fade? Thanks
