Breast surgery alternatives- Help me out!

I am B cup size and would love to have D size, but don't have courage to put myself under knives. Recently i told by my friend about breast actives. Then i begun searching around. I really don't know where to go from here. Any one can help me out this is urgent.

I think doctors are unanimous in their belief that breast enhancement pills don't work. And from what I've read from other ladies, they seem to be right. I wouldn't waste your money.
