Breast Reductions W/ Highmark BC/BS In Atlanta/Metro Atl Area

Is anyone familiar with this type of insurace plan in regards to obtaining authorization to get a breast reduction? Qualifications? Steps you took? Dr you used? Surgeon you used? Thanks in advance for any helpful advice regarding this process. I have Highmark BC/BS Group PPM363 , BC/BS Plan - 363/865 . Thanks,
I would start by meeting with plastic surgeons who are providers for this insurance. Their office can tell you the guidelines and requirements for coverage.
Each is different so make sure to ask your questions and have everything approved before proceeding.
