Breast Reduction Surgery Around Houston (For 14 Year Old with 36DDD)?

I would like to find a doctor that specializes in working w/insurance in around Houston. I know that a doctor's office who has insurance experts can make all the difference. For ex: My ins. doesn't cover the Lapband. I called Nuweigh as they advertise they know how to work with insurance co. & they told me over the phone that it wasn't possible with an employer exclusion. After calling True Results, they were able to fix my hiatal hernia at the same time and offer lap band for 1/2 the price.Thx
