Breast reduction and possible acid reflux relief?

Besides having such large breasts (32G), I also have a lot of discomfort from acid reflux. I really think it may be triggered by bras that are too tight around my ribcage. Has anyone that has had the surgery found relief from this after? I rarely see much about this, but tight garments like belts trigger episodes, so I'm pretty sure bras do it with me. I tug and pull at it all day, but if I eat anything that disagrees with me, the only relief is when I get home and take the thing off!
