Breast lift/implant exchange 3 months ago. Last week the incision under my breast started hurting as well as the breast itself.

My right breast started hurting to the touch.  It's a burning soreness all over and the incision hurts also.  I started wearing an underwire bra 8 weeks post-of per my surgeon's instructions.  I am going to go back to the sports bra just in case the underwire bra is causing this discomfort.  Should I be concerned?  One breast is fine while the other is sore in the center and the incision.

Just to add, I also had a capsulloraphy also and the breast that's hurting apparently had more suturing than the other....if that matters.
