Breast implants sitting too low

I am 4 weeks post op. I have silicone mid range profile 304cc under the muscle. They are not round, straight and feel to low. I have no upper pole fullness. Could the doctor have made my pocket wrong? He tells me to wait another 4 weeks to see. One breast is bigger than other.

was advised that low profile under implants would fill out sagging breasts no need of an uplift but now 4 months after ba,breasts are low on chest and are very heavy think i should have had an uplift with the implants so depressed canot wear a normal bra as to lift breasts up bra straps dig in canot afford another ba with uplift ben back to seee surgeon he said everything is ok
