Breast implants alone or combined with a lift?

I have delfated breast after a massive weight loss of 110lbs and child birth. I would like to get implants but I wowuld like to know if I also need a lift.

Your best bet is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you accurate info. Some give free or reduced rate consults if you mention RealSelf. Here's a list of Buffalo docs that do breast implants.
