I am getting breast implants in 4 days and I still cant decide on a size!!

I am about 100 pounds, 5'7, and currently wearing a 31A. I am trying to achive a full C but nothing large. My doctor recommended if I get a 390 I will be in the Full C - Small D range. I am so small that I think D's would be too big. I dont know. I just need help!!! What size would you recommend?
You're fairly tall, so you should be able to pull off a larger implants than some women. That said, your doctor is the one who's examined you and can give you the best size guidance. And if you're petite as far as your ribcage goes, you'll want to take that into consideration as well.
