breast implants and uplift starting to sag and get smaller after 8 yrs. due to weight loss. what kind of surgery do I need?

Hi.  I got breast implanst and uplift done 8 years ago.  After having 2 kids and losing a lot of weight over the last year, my breast seem to be sagging and seem smaller.  What kind of procedure would I need to get them look like they did 8 yrs. ago after I had the surgery?  A uplift of my implants?  What happens if I lose more weight?  Any suggestions would help. thanks.   Knav
