Can breast implant settle over 5 weeks post-op?

Can breast implant settle over 5 weeks post-op?

I had 425cc McGhan 410 FF cohesive gel implants put in 5 weeks ago partly under the muscle. Both implants were initially way high under the muscle and then after 4 days, the left implant settled into place. Unfortunately, the right side is STILL up high, leaving an empty pocket at the bottom of the breast. Is there any chance that the right implant will still settle on its own or will I probably need fixing? If I need fixing, what can be done, and how soon can it be done?
