Breast augmentation

I have been wanting to get my breast done for many years. I have 2 children 19 and 10 years old and breast fed. It totally deflated me. I went through a divorce, but on the brighter side met the man of my dreams. We have been together for 6 years and engaged for 1. How can I address this issue? He tells me all of the time how perfect I am, but I don't feel that way. I want to do it for myself, but want to include him in the decision. I even went to a surgeon last February and had a consult but chickened out after my mmammogram came back clear. Any advise?
