Firm breasts after augmentation

Had breast augmentation three weeks ago. Left side is still firmer and more painful than right side. Right side is softening up. Is this normal or should I be concerned about capsulary contracture?

I had a breast augmentation a month ago and my breast are still hard. I would like to know how long does it normally take for my breast to become soft again? i have 400cc gel implants. The are softer around the edges but in the middle they are stil very hard.
