I am considering breast augmentation but do not want to look too large or have them be cumbersome. What size should I consider?

I am a 41 year old who has breast fed two children.  I run 5 days a week, golf and am very active.  I had a consultation and am looking at a subpectoral, saline breast augmentation.  I have been looking at 225cc saline but my husband thinks I ought to go bigger.

I need to meet with my PS again and make sure that 225cc will give me the fullness in my upper breast that I desire. I am still really iffy on the size and have decided that I am going to take some pictures of what I like into him and allow him to tell me what he thinks I ought to do.

I want larger cc than you, but then you have more breast tissue than me. We could have the same result with different size implants so you are right not to stress over cc's. Is 225 what your PS recommended? Just keep in mind that alot of women wished that had gone bigger. I read it all the time and I have friends that say the same thing. Hope this helps :)

Thank you for the advise. It is very helpful and I feel like I am gathering more much needed information before I proceed.

I think you look really nice the way you are! But I understand your desire to do this after breastfeeding, too. Here's what some doctors have to say about choosing the right size for you. Hope this helps. Please keep us posted!
