Will a breast augmentation make my waist seem thinner?

I really want a breast aug and TT. But, after watching a TT video and reading about the tough recovery, I am a little freaked out. I am 5'11" and 132lbs. I have had 3 children and now extra skin and a herniated belly button. My goal is to wear a bikini again. Just reading the forums, it seems as though many have high scars. So, if I am going to be stuck in a tankini or one piece for life, should I go through the pain? Also, my children are 5,3,and 1. So recovery time is something I will not have a lot of.
