After breast augmentation, breasts looked same but now one is bigger

I am 8 days out and when i first came home they both looked the same until 2 days later. I went with gel over the muscle. Is this normal? When I wear a neclace is leans to the right. I am really worried about this. It is very noticable.

My left one swells as soon as I get out of bed in the morning and my right one feels normal. Could there be something wrong? When doctors are in the surgery room and putting the implant in so they look the same then and then the swelling takes place?

i just went back to my ps on monday and i need revision surgery my left implant is not dropping and the ps said once it does it will make my left breast larger than it is now plus i need to have my nipples pulled down. i am worried it will reduce my cup size and want to request a larger implant but he said he will be leaving the same implant in just revision the skin placement. im very worried.

For 2941 anon I am 11 days post op BA. I also have my left breast bigger than my right breast. I hope and pray the uneven swelling goes away soon. How was your revision surgery?

If the swelling still persist, ask your specialist to send you for a scan. Sometimes seroma (fluid) forms inside your breast and that might be why one breast is larger than the other.

I am 43 days out and my left was a little bigger before my surgery. I went 300 cc in each. As you can tell by my previous post I was a mess. My left was much larger until about a week ago. It is still noticable if you are looking really hard for it but I would not be able to tell if I did not point this out. Trust me it is natural and dont stress your self out like i did. Today the look great and I am so happy that I had this done. And one breast always swells differently than the other even when you are on your period. Hormones play a large roll in this. You will be ok trust me and if not your doctor will tell you.

Hi Angel, I hope so, because one seems to be unpuffing more quickly than the other...I had been warned about uneven swelling before operation but it is nevertheless not the most pleasant thing because you worry they will remain like this. It has been 3 and a half weeks..Thank you for your reassuring words

Angel it's nice to hear that both of your breast are settling down into their pockets. I'm at 4 1/2 weeks right now and my left breast is a little higher than my right. Doctor says my right breast is not that high bc I have been using my right arm more than the other. I'm wearing a bra band trying to keep my left breast lower. I can wait for it to be even. How long will it take for you Angel? I'm cont. to massage my left breast so it will fall into their pockets. Thanks for your post.

I got my operation done 3 weeks ago, it was 500 cc of saline (I'm tall and wide chested so it was a good size and I like the results). Everything would be ok if I could know if having one boob bigger than the other is normal or not, is it because of irregular swelling? My breasts were the same size before the operation, or so it seemed since I never noticed a discrepancy...Thank you for your attention in advance.

i am one week post op from a lift and augmentation. my ps asked me right before surgery if i felt one breast was larger than the other and i always felt my right was slightly larger than the other. i am finding now that my left looks significantly larger than my right. i know he did put a larger cc in my left to get it as close as possible. i am getting very nervous that my left is going to be way larger. help!!

now i am 2 months post op and my left breast still has not dropped and still is larger than my right plus my nipple placement is not what i pictured my right nippleis constantly sticking out of my bras. i go back for my check up in june and trying not to freak out but if my nipples are not close to symetrical i want them fixed... dont know what to do!!! all my friends think im nuts but you pay good money you want to at least have them look some what even and not one larger than the other with crooked nipples.
