Fat Transfer for Breast Enhancement

I had an over corrected breast reduction 2 years ago which has left my left breast as a virtual masectomy. As I am concerned about having an implant, I am investigating the possibility of fat transfer. I wonder if anyone has had this done as breast augmentation and if it has lasted. Thanks.

This is really common in Eastern Block nations, but has not gained popularity in the US for various reasons. I know there are doctors in Latin America who are starting to offer this procedure more often, as well. It seems worth looking into, as it would seem to offer the most natural results since the breasts are mainly fat anyway.
