Considering breast augmentation, but do I also need a breast lift?

Following 150lb weight loss, I am now considering breast implants. Will I escape with implants alone or will I also need a breast lift?

I can only answer based on this one picture. It appears that your nipple/areola complexes are slightly below your natural breast crease. Placing and implant will give you a "double bubble" look (the breast hangs off the end of the implant). The best position for the nipple/areola and breast is centered over the implant. In my opinion you will need some form of breast lift. Visit with a couple of plastic surgeons to have a complete exam so that you can gather some recommendations.
