Breast augmentation after previous breast lift a good idea?

I recently underwent a breast lift procedure (8 month old) and am not overly happy with my results. I feel my areola are still quite low on my breast and for the amount of scarring present the actual lift is quite modest. I am considering both scar revison surgery, putting in a small implant, or a revision lift as some options...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
