2 and 2 days post of course R boob is a little bigger and higher than the left. And of course im not a DD like I wantes but im bigger and perkier than I was, so im ok with it.

1 week since breast lift and implants, swelling and posture looking better, no more hunched shoulders! Yay! Feeling the implants abit now almost like small vibrations. 1 week left till I can see them and take this horrible tight bandage off. Is anyone else in a tight compression bra?

The pre op is great... You'll leave feeling way more excited and prepared! Just make sure you ask every question you have and address every concern you have. If your PS suggests anything you're unsure of or concerned about, make sure you ask why and have them explain. But bottom line remember they are the experts and you chose your particular PS for a reason, so trust them :). You'll do great, just don't feel bad about taking up their time or asking too many questions... You're paying for it! Do you have any ideas on size, type of implant, incision, etc?? Don't forget to have fun with it!! Also bring different shirts to try on with the dozers and take pictures... Even if you only look at them there it helps a lot in seeing how they actually look on you. Again, good luck :)

Good luck for your op! I also have a low pain threshold and I managed the first 5 days by staying in bed watching films and eating healthily, you cant really do much else! So enjoy your time off and just heal

I had my BA last Wednesday... I had 400 and 425 cc's (I actually thought I had 450 in one until my husband corrected me... I checked the ppwk and he was right!) under the muscle crease incision. Oh and silicone. So far I'm glad I did it. I love the size I went with, knowing they'll go down a bit. I'm so glad I listened to they're advice! I am still feeling very tight, heavy, and sore when I don't take anything. I mean REALLY TIGHT AND HEAVY THOUGH! Like when I take off my bra I feel like they are going to pull my incisions open they're so heavy! Anyone else feel this way still after five days??

I also had 425 cc under muscle in crease .I cant imagine not taking pain meds I'm so stiff boobs are still shaped weird feel like I'm carrying rocks around in my surgery bra I feel better then I did but not great at all .getting in and out of bed is worst this sleeping on my back is killing me. I'm going back to work tomorrow today I'm trying out driving myself to hair salon to get my hair washed for work tomorrow. Do you find moving around in morning is worst

Yes moving around in the morning is horrible. I've been sleeping on the couch so I can stay propped up and on my back... So far every morning I have to psych myself up just to stand up! And yeah I am super stiff and sore... Besides being embarrassed about the prospect of people trying to figure me out, I'm just tired! I want to stay home a few more days! And then when I start to feel good I want to clean my house and pull myself together a bit! I think I've crossed the line into just being a baby now!

After posting my message earlier I have decided not ready so i called out of work one more day and rescheduled my hair appt till tomorrow. I kinda feel depressed not happy with size shape or feeling of my boobs.I read about that happening but never thought it would be me .I wanted this done so bad and to not be happy sucks . I keep seeing people pictures after and mine look so different thier flat and square and under my arms

I know how u feel I had mine done on April 11th and for the first week they fealt odd. They will change daily and in no time you will feel comfortable and love them.

Aww I'm sorry :(. I think the first week is emotional! And as prepared as we are reading everyone's stories, I think on some level we expect to wake up to the perfect boobs we've always dreamed of! We'll get there! Hang in there and enjoy your extra day off!

I am on day three and have a very tight burning feeling. Is this normal? I thought day three would be better than day two but its worse.

That sounds normal to me! Everyone is different but I hear a lot of people say day 2 and 3 are worse than one. A lot of it depends on what the doctors had in your IV and how long it all takes to wear off and the pain to catch up. I was really surprised by the burning as well! I heard so much about pressure, but was caught off guard by the burning and intense tightness! Hang in there, you'll feel better before you know it!

Its day 5 after BA and I'm going back to work tomorrow. I'm a little nervous about trying to hide them. I don't think I look much different with clothes on because I had to wear the padded bras. I just to have to wear something higher up because I still have bruising on my upper breasts and they are still pretty high. They also have a sort of weird shape to them which is concerning me a little.

I feel you beyonce12! I go back on Wednesday (that will be a week for me) and I also have always worn really padded bras, but I can't help being nervous. I just hate the idea of people wondering behind my back. Also I'm worried people will notice me moving extra carefully or awkwardly... I'm still pretty stiff an sore, are you? Have you told anyone at work? Are you still taking pain med's? As far as the looks go, I'm thinking I might have to rock the Infiniti scarf style for a while!
