Breast assymetry troublesome implant

Hey. I had a breast implant on one side and a uplift due to severe asymmetry about 7 yrs a go. For the past year my implant has become uncomfortable with shooting pains underneath and also feels like it has dropped a bit too! My surgeon said I had capsulation grade 4, I had a scan today which did not show any rupture but there were some "ripples" and creases in the implant. Nothing really shows on the outside but is uncomfortable now! My trouble is the NHS don't necessarily replace these for free now and am waiting for a hearing on what they propose if I get funding or not! Anyone else here in the uk had this? Is it rly worth having it replaced coz it is sore now?
