Can Anyone go Braless (in public) after Implant Removal??

By Deb In Florida on 18 Jul 2012

It's so hot here in FL that I can't stand to wear bras when it's hot.  I wear tank tops all summer long, which looks fine with my implants.  I was wondering if anyone is able to go braless (in public) without looking funny.  I've noticed that a lot of you wear underwire push up bras.  I definitely can't wear underwire, because it causes too much pain against my chest wall.  I still can't make up my mind weather to remove or replace my implants.  After 19 years with my silicone implants, I now have scar tissue squeezing my right implant, causing slight disfiguration and some pain.  I'm 57 years old, and not really looking forward to having them removed when I'm 70, if I go that route.  I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and can't help but wonder if the implants are the cause.

What about soft cup bras? I'm looking forward to trying those. I swear I have more energy since having my implants out... You could always explant & see if that helps your physical symptoms. If not, and you miss the look, get implants again.
Interesting. I have chronic fatigue now. Interesting.
I went braless this weekend; looked just like any other person with small boobs---my tank top did have a shelfbra in it so that helped. actually, It didn't look bad at all. :)
I think if I went braless I would just look like any regular person with small boobs..Sure you would be the same Deb!

Great question! I hope some other ladies will comment on how they handle this situation. Wearing bras when it's hot is the pits.
