BR surgery with Kaiser Insurance in Colorado?

Hi, I'm moving to the Denver area and will have Kaiser insurance. I really need a BR, and wondered if anyone has had one covered by Kaiser in that area? If so I'd love to hear about the process of qualifying and recommendations about surgeons! Thanks, Judy
