Bottoming out or inferior lateral migration of the implant?

I am 5 weeks after breast augumentation with 325 cc smooth round HP silicone implants. I have a weird feeling in my left breast, like is heavier on the bottom and saggy. I also feel the left breast more under my arm then I feel the other one. I haven't done any strenuos exercise or heavy lifting and have followed all my post op instructions. Please, I need your opinion and advice. Thank you!

It looks like you're getting some answers from doctors to your question in the Q&A community. Have you spoken to your surgeon about your concerns?

I am going to see him next week. I needed some advice before going to the appointment in order to ask him the right questions.
