Bottoming out because implant pocket was made too big?

My right breast implant bottomed out not even two months after surgery. By my second post-opt visit I told my doctor that my implant felt loose inside of me.I wanted to know when a surgeon is making the pocket for the implant and the pocket is made to big is the surgeon immediately aware of it?If they are why don't they just go ahead and repair it right there and then?

My breast implants have bottomed out and I wonder if my pocket was made to big too.

How long afetr you had your implants put in did you bottom out? Did both your implants bottom out? My right implant bottomed out not even 2 weeks after I had them done. :(
