Botox for lines on nose and cheeks?

By k t on 08 Feb 2010

I have lines on each side of my nose towards my cheeks. I looked into Botox but was told it would make little difference. I don't have lines anywhere else. It's annoying these because they are so prominent.

If I received Botox treatment for vertical lines on each side of my nose, would that improve my breathing by opening the nasal septum?

As I aged, I too have developed strong vertical lines on each side of my nose. I associate this with a septum problem in which my septum close up readily causing breathing difficulty. I wondered if I got Botox treatment in which the lines were reduced, that it would in turn open the Septum and allow me better breathing.
