Botox causes facial muscles to weaken over time

By Surfergirl77 on 13 Jul 2011

Isn't it true that if you use botox on a regular basis your facial muscles will weaken.  If botox paralyzes the muscle you will  lose muscle tone which in turn will create more pronounce wrinkling and a droopy appearance. Therefore botox will create a dependence on botox and facial fillers.  Facial exercises are the way to go, it builds muscle tone, creates volume and wrinkles disappear.  More importantly you will save money and not look frozen.
