Can you use body wraps in multiple areas at one time?

Hi I have just been reading through some info on the ItWorks Body Wraps, and have a couple of questions. so apparently its no use trying to do more than one body part at time, so i shouldnt try to do my thighs and tummy at the same time? If this is the case, if i did a tummy wrap last night, and am going to wait the 72 hours to do another tummy wrap, can i do my thighs say tonight? i would like to have them done with the 72 hours to spare by saturday the 15th

Have you considered using a more traditional product which allows for an all over body wrap? Salon and spa wraps use a clay and bandages. Not as simple as the itworks wrap, but if you want an all over product (and result!) you could try out something like Wrap Yourself Slim.

If they are Itworks brand the company advises no more than 2 wraps at a time. I cut one in 2 pieces and use only half of one on my arms and done that with my thighs also. Make sure the cloth is placed up against the area you want to see the most results. I dont know about.potential dehydration but the wraps also have an herbal stimulant you dont need but so much of that in your system. I believe its the same herbal extract as commonly used in energy drinks but Id have to go look back at the.product description. Thats only ONE of the 9+ ingredients but some.people will be more sensitive.to the stimulant effect than others and not necessarily in a good wau.

Only one body wrap can be used at a time. Unless you are doing your legs or arms. You can only wrap every 72 hours or you will dehydrate. You have to drink an insane amount of wwater to flush the toxins out of your system and rehydrate. This does not make you bloat as it is releasing the toxins. Goodluck

That is interesting. I didn't realize there was a waiting period. Perhaps because the body needs to rehydrate itself??
