I am trying to prepare my body for my scheduled TT in December so I have been working out almost every day even though I have never worked out in my life. I just figured it would help with the recovery process as many other RS posters have suggested. Anyway, my legs, arms, back and chest are really toning up nicely but as they get smaller and more definition it seems like my area below my belly button gets larger and flabbier? Has anyone else had this happen either before or after their TT? I am 5'11" tall and weigh 165 but I look like I have a volleyball stuffed under my shirt!
