I need a lower body lift, any suggestions on where to go?

i guess it going to have to be over seas because i can afford it here ive lost 189 pounds and even though i might not look it i need a lower body ive checked prices here im a college student i just cant do it. i dont think my insurance will help so off to some where else any one have any suggestions? I'm all ears
