Eyebag after blepharoplasty

I had lower blepharoplasty and a small, but clear eyebag remains 3.5 weeks post surgery. Is this normal?

Its been 14 days since my lower Blepharoplasty. I am 29 and have had bags under my eyes for years, the statement of "you look tired" was getting annoying. Its been 11 days and my right eye looks great, my left eye still looks like it has a partial bag under it. This eye still has the most scabbing and has been the most bothersome. Just curious if this puffiness is still swelling or if this is going to be the overall final result.
