Want a portion of all-black tattoo removed

Overall, I like my tattoo, but dislike the multiple, thinner lines in-between what is a bird wing. Can the thinner lines be removed with enough precision so the laser doesn't disturb the rest of the tattoo? This is an all-black professionally done tattoo.

Even better news is that, according to several doctors, black ink is the easiest colour to remove. With time, there's an excellent chance you'll get the results you want.
