Is Black Stool Normal After a Tummy Tuck?

It is also common that some of your meds are making your stool black. I would speak with your PS, but I knowthat every time my husband takes pepto his stool is black. Like JO1234** said thought, it can be a sign of a GI bleed, but I think you would know if you were having GI bleed. From my experience with some of my patients, people with GI bleeds are in extreme pain.

I would say No. A black stool could be a sign of intestinal bleeding which some drugs (NSAIDs) can cause. I suggest you speak to your doctor.
