black dots and lines after 1st session of radio frequency treatment.Help!

hi, im 20 years old, i got a radio frequency treatment done for the milia under my eyes,the doctor used a machine with a pen like tip.after the treatment my eyes became red and swollen but it went away the next day ,However there are small back dots and lines all over the treated area, the doctor said that it would go away in a few days but i' am not too sure.He said that i would have to come for 4 sessions once a week but i dont feel ike doing it.Will this mark be permanent?if not how long does it take to fade away?
