Can I go bigger in a 2nd breast augmentation?

1 month ago I had a breast augmentation. I am 5'9 and weigh 125lbs. I was a 34b and had 300cc moderate plus round silicone implants placed under the muscle. I am now a small 34d. Before surgery my surgeon recommended 300,325,350cc but I didn't do enough research and chose 300cc because I didn't want to be huge but now I am very unhappy. I want to be bigger and am wondering what size cc could I go with to get a larger look? I want 450cc but worry about complications with larger implants. Also, how long should I wait for a redo?

It only has been a month, so i 'm sure you will need to wait till u drop more to see the actual size. Will you be going back to the same PS? I also want to give you advice abouts cc's. Get those numbers out of you head and instead look at photos of girls that you would like to have instead. I went to playmate hunter and i brought in photos to show my PS. I must say my PS made me look just the size i wanted. ANd the funny thing was i wanted 400cc' to begin with, thinking that would be big enough, but he said what i showed him was actually larger and he was absolutely right. you are so much taller than me and i think you could pull off at least 600cc's and that would be a moderate size if that is the look you are going for. ANd as for complications, being bigger would make it ahigher risk. bUt its all about massaging and taking it easy.

thanks for your response cambel. what size did you go with and what are your stats? i do want to go back to the same PS because i really trust his work.

I'm 5'4 130 lbs. and my BWD was measured around 13. I have 650 cc's HP. I wanted the gap between my breasts to be closer together so my PS made the pocket a little bigger towards the breast bone on my right side as from my first BA I had scar tissue that was making it hard to achieve closer cleavage. So in the process he just cut away a little scar tissue and now I have the cleavage I always wanted. I mean I honestly can say I do not look ginormous at all. Just fuller. I have a size 6 lulu sports bra and I fit that still. No spillage or anything. Look at my photos.
