I just had an appt in the Beverly Hills office and left feeling unsure about the whole procedure.  Has anyone had any experience in this office?  Am thinking I should forget the whole thing.

I put down a 700 deposit and am still trying to get them to refund my deposit. I called and even sent a registered letter within the 7 days alloted to cancel and still h ave not gotten a return call or had my money credited back to my acct. I did see the counselor in B H for my appt. last month but I waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours before she saw me. Bad judgement on my part to give the deposit. Wishful thinking - not such a good idea I'm afraid- after doing a little more research as well- I decided very much against it

How is this procedure different from a lipidectomy, i.e., a traditional "face lift."

Belinda, I am two weeks post-op. My doc was Dr. {edited} in the BH office. I saw the infomercial on prior Sunday in a hotel, called, consult on Tues. with actual meeting w/doctor, procedure on Friday. Everyone there extremely nice, especially Dr. M and his surgical assistant. I am extremely happy so far with results. I had a small question on the bruising the following week and went in and Dr. {edited} saw me right away and personally checked everything. He is wonderful! I too am following all care instructions to the T, and was back at work on the 4th day. Obviously time will tell, but I am hoping this result will last as long as stated. I do know that this is the one thing I truly hated about myself and now I look how I have felt all along.....
Good Luck.

Was thinking of going in for a consultation at the Beverly Hills office. Has anyone gone to this office and had the procedure.
Sounds like the results are mixed from all these comments.

It's all about marketing. Similarly, an identical new Pontiac at one dealership is priced differently at another dealership.

I initially responded to the info-mercial, but cancelled my consultation. A couple of months later, I received a "special offer" in the mail that reduced the price from $5,000 to $3,800.

Of course they do their best to sell you a bunch of add-ons. These folks will "market" every last dollar out of you...so, buyer beware.

Actually I didn't experience the Beverly Hills office trying to market everything to me.  I did need the procedure to tie a separated muscle in my neck back together and decided to do it now rather than later.

They didn't mention anything about an eye lid lift, I did.  Probably do not have to have it, however, I chose to pursue that procedure, they did not recommend I do it to add money to the procedures.

I've research my doctor, Dr. {edited}, very well and am impressed with his credentials.  He is double certified in plastic surgery and affiliated also with Beverly Hills Physicians.  All of his certifications, research papers are listed on their web site, along with examples of the plastic surgery he has done.

My procedure is Friday, I'm looking forward to it and excited.  I'm 65 and all of my co workers say I don't need the procedure, however, after swearing that I would never have plastic surgery, I'm doing it.  Will write my review after I have the procedure.  My husband says I look like "Barbie" and "Anna Nicole" now, I can't wait to see his response.  He is 13 years younger than I.  Only in California!

Well, you posted this May 16 .... you said you would get back after your procedure.....well, it is now July 5th! Did something go wrong? Did you get lousy results? Please respond?

I'm guessing it didn't go very well.

I was scheduled for an appt. this Friday, but cancelled. I was hoping to find someone who had this done by Dr. Morentz. Did you have much bruising and swelling? How are the results now? Are you happy you had it done? How long are they predicting this to last? Can I ask what you paid? Thank you, please respond.

I really had a positive experience with the whole procedure. I got the lifestyle lift and the lipo on the jaw and neckline. I am 50 and looked good for my . ,but wanted to look as young as I feel. {edited} did mine he is great. I . one other patient and she was 45 and looked great at 30 days. I went to a BBQ on day 5 after the surgery. It is great. Don't wrap bandages tight... it causes more swelling. Good luck!

I had a consultation with 2 beverly hills doctors a while ago for a lifestyle lift. Had surgery with one of them. The results were great for 2-3 months after which I looked almost the same as before surgery. He placed my scars in front of the ears where everyone could see it. I seemed liked they were rushing to do my surgery. There were times when it was quite painful. I was unhappy with the results. I then saw a plastic surgeon {edited} in Glendale. He did what he called a traditional face lift for which I was asleep. It's been 8 months, I am very happy with results, scars not on my face any more. LifeStyle face lift was a bad experience for me. Don't recommend it.

This is where my mom went to get her LSL done and the doctor messed up her ears now their swollen and theirs a lump behind her lobes. The office members are very nice but the doctors are not the best. I heard the doctor who did my mom's operation was reassigned so you might have luck.
