I just had an appt in the Beverly Hills lifestyle lift office and left feeling unsure about the whole procedure.  Has anyone had any experience in this office?  Am thinking I should forget the whole thing.

I made an appointment with the Beverly Hills office two different times and then cancelled it both times. I happened upon Dr. Frank Ryan's blog the first time advising against it, and then this blog the second time. Too many horror stories. There was always doubt in my mind, so I didn't. However, I have seen Dr.Payman Simoni's website (drsimoni.com)He's a double board certified '90210'PLASTIC SURGEON with lots of photos of his beautiful work and a number of videos where he performs his Simoni Lift on camera under local anesthesia,in around an hour. They say they feel no pain, it lasts 10-15 years(unlike a thread lift)and is around the price of a Lifestyle Lift. Dr. Simoni has been on TV shows like Ten Years Younger, The Swan and other programs and has studied with several respected surgeons in the country.Check it out.

This is where my mom went to get her LSL done and the doctor messed up her ears now their swollen and theirs a lump behind her lobes. The office members are very nice but the doctors are not the best. I heard the doctor who did my mom's operation was reassigned so you might have luck.

Was thinking of going in for a consultation at the Beverly Hills office. Has anyone gone to this office and had the procedure. Sounds like the results are mixed from all these comments.

It's all about marketing. Similarly, an identical new Pontiac at one dealership is priced differently at another dealership. I initially responded to the info-mercial, but cancelled my consultation. A couple of months later, I received a "special offer" in the mail that reduced the price from $5,000 to $3,800. Of course they do their best to sell you a bunch of add-ons. These folks will "market" every last dollar out of you...so, buyer beware.

I had a consultation with 2 beverly hills doctors a while ago for a lifestyle lift. Had surgery with one of them. The results were great for 2-3 months after which I looked almost the same as before surgery. He placed my scars in front of the ears where everyone could see it. I seemed liked they were rushing to do my surgery. There were times when it was quite painful. I was unhappy with the results. I then saw a plastic surgeon {edited} in Glendale. He did what he called a traditional face lift for which I was asleep. It's been 8 months, I am very happy with results, scars not on my face any more. LifeStyle face lift was a bad experience for me. Don't recommend it. Editor note To share your experience with a specific provider, please write a review.

Don't do it. They work hard to sell you and then after procedure if you have a problem, they won't call back. My stitches were taken out by a worker who advised me to put hot compresses on my chin and massage it. I did and ended up in emergency room. I started hemorrhaging from my chin. Bad scars starting to sag again after four months. Spend the extra money and go to a professional.

I had the same experience

How is this procedure different from a lipidectomy, i.e., a traditional "face lift."

I put down a 700 deposit and am still trying to get them to refund my deposit. I called and even sent a registered letter within the 7 days alloted to cancel and still h ave not gotten a return call or had my money credited back to my acct. I did see the counselor in B H for my appt. last month but I waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours before she saw me. Bad judgement on my part to give the deposit. Wishful thinking - not such a good idea I'm afraid- after doing a little more research as well- I decided very much against it
