Beverley Hills surgeons vs rest of LA

Hello Folks, So my saga on looking for the right plastic surgeon continues. Yesterday I have had a consultation with another Beverley Hills plastic surgeon. Wasn't that much impressed, so I'm gonna keep looking.  In general Beverley Hills surgeons are expensive. I'm wondering is it because they are based in Beverley Hills and their clientele are those celebrities and stuff or is it because they have to pay higher rent for their offices. I'm actually looking for good reputable plastic surgeon in other parts of LA. Can someone recommend me a doctor?   Thanks.
