NO TCA and peels won't help you under eyes - I don't think it's recommended as skin is pretty thin there. The best treatment would probably be a fat transfer or restylane (consult your Plastic Surgeon in the area you live in). If you are in NY theres a doc who does silicone injections under your eyes. I don't have under eye wrinkles yet but I have seen plenty of before and after photos on my PS's website and I was amazed. The results are permanent!

I had seasonal summer allergy for a long time and I was sneezing and lots of water was coming from my eyes. I came to the UK and my allergy is gone, in humid countries I have no allergy. I have got very very fine under eye wrinkles because of wiping water from my under eye area with tissue.
