Best silicone sheets to use for tummy tuck scar?

I am 5 weeks post FTT, incision completly healed. I was wondering which silicone sheets I should buy for my TT scar? I read about Mepiform, Biodermis. What about Oleeva and Scar Away (blend of silicone and teflon) is that proven to be better than just silicone?

Which brand is the best? Should I apply creams as well? Is there anything I can do to make thee scar thiner? My scar is very high, is there a way of bringing it down? Thank you.

I've been using the Rejuveness silicone sheeting for about a month and I think that it has really helped. My scar is lighter, less ropey and I feel like the sheeting does a nice job at protecting the sensitve area. I'm a fan. My PS said it wasnt needed but I tell you what, I think that I see noticable difference!

Hi, do you still wear the binder and the mepiform at same time?

I just started applying Mepiform last week at 3 weeks post-op. It's hard to evaluate the effectiveness yet because it's too soon. I can get enough from each sheet to last 2 weeks. You take use the same tape for about a week, then you have to put new tape on. You can purchase by the single sheet or box on Amazon. The single sheet is around $20. I'm not sure how you could use a cream and the sheets at the same time, as I think the cream would affect the ability of the sheet to stick well.

you should buy both the cream for scars and the silicone sheets the sheets help bring them down and lighten them up.
