I know of a few doctors in Maryland and DC who do it, if you're up for the drive (3-5 hours) and maybe staying overnight for a few days. Here are some links: Baltimore & Washington DC

I live in Va beach but I'm going to Mx March 14th haven't heard of any good doctors in the surrounding areas...good luck!!
