Any BBL Experiences with Dr. Hegg in San Leandro,CA?

I live in the Bay Area n looking for a good affordable Dr. I really wanna stay close to home to save on traveling costs. I've been researching surgeons in the area n have noticed his rates are lower than most in the area. Any ladies here have first hand experiences with him? If so, how was your experience? Thanks a lot (:
