unfortunately i have the same problem, i am 4 yrs s/p tummy tuck & feeling worse. i did return to my ps. he made a small incision to r/o nerve/scar tissue, & i am worse than ever. very painful tightness,like a wire, digs into me, burning, cant sit comfortably, eat, drive, MISERABLE. i had 2 ps consults, no other surgeon will get involved. very regretful of surgery.

This sounds unusual. I would urge you to consult with your surgeon or another board certified plastic surgeon to find out why you're still uncomfortable after all this time.
