Just got back from my consultation for a mm. Few ?s for you

I am going to have a tt,ba and labia reduction. I was wonder how much did you pay for your mm. I am in the $18,000 range (I live in NJ). Does it make sense to have it split and do the tt first then the rest? also what should I do to have everything ready for my children. I have a 7,5 &2 yr old. This is very hard for me to do this. I am still trying to figure out how I am going to be paying for this. I cant seem to get a loan with a good apr. Melissa
