What can I do for my breast asymmetry?

I want to get silicone breast implants and would like to look very natural. Do I need a lift? What can I do. I am thinking of 339cc-354cc. I am very worried about my asymetry. Thanks

Have you discussed this with a plastic surgeon. Implants (and possibly a lift depending on what your PS says), could correct the asymmetry.
