Fixing asymetrical nostril after revision rhinoplasty with ear graft?

37 days post op,removal of a L-silicone implant ,alarplasty and tipplasty . I have noticed significant asymmetry of my nostrils,I emailed my surgeon(in overseas) and he agreed that the depression at the left side of the tip plays a role in my nostril asymmetry. According to him this depression is caused by loss of part of the lower lateral cartilage from my 1st surgery when silicone implant was used. It became obvious after alarplasty where the nostril made smaller. He is now suggesting to fix it with ear cartilage grafting. What do you guys think?

I had different issues than you going in, but I did have ear cartilage grafting and it worked quite well for me.
