Artecoll removal

I too have had a problem with an artecoll injection that I had done 13 years ago.  Unfortunately as I age, the problem becomes more pronounced.  Has anyone ever had any success with the surgical removal of artecoll?  I had it injected in my smile lines and it is weighing down one side of my face and it has created an elevated line that is very noticeable.  I will go anywhere to have it removed.
